• Active New York veterinary license in good standing (or eligibility prior to start)
• Active DEA license (or eligibility)
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills About the Hospital This high-volume, high-quality spay/neuter and vaccine clinic is dedicated to serving Rochester's low-income community, as well as numerous rescue and adoption organizations. The team delivers compassionate, individualized care and partners closely with pet parents to ensure trusted, accessible veterinary services.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. - supporting strong work-life balance with no weekend hours. Compensation & Benefits • Starting base salary from $170,000+ annually, with Quarterly ProSal bonuses
