Executive Assistant
Our client, a dynamic marketing agency, is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the executive team. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage a wide range of responsibilities, ensuring that the executives can focus on strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a unique mix of administrative and creative skills.
In this role, the Executive Assistant will manage schedules, coordinate projects, and assist with client communications. Responsibilities
- Support executive team by managing calendars and schedules
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking notes
- Assist in the creation of marketing proposals and client presentations
- Organize travel arrangements and itineraries for executives
- Maintain effective communication with clients and team members
- Prepare reports and assist with project management tasks
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an executive assistant role within a marketing environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
