We are a well-established, US based, IT Staffing & Consulting firm, providing services since 1994, for clients across USA. We are a prime vendor to the New York State and work on their HBITS: Hourly-Based IT Services (New York State-wide) requirements.

Job Description:

• 84 months experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop/maintain complex applications in C#, ASP.NET, Web API for n-tier web deployment.
• 84 months experience developing and maintaining web applications that utilize modern client-side technologies such as HTML5, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets.
• 84 months experience with Oracle: Database design and modelling, fluent with PL SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, views, creating tables, etc.
• 84 Months experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .Net web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), dynamic link library, SOAP/Restful APIs, message and queue processing, and/or an Enterprise Service Bus.
• 72 Months experience using Team Foundation Server and GIT including CI/CD for source code management.
• 72 Months experience with user provisioning, authentication and authorization using OKTA, LDAP, RSA, and Access Manager.
• 72 months experience working with UI/UX team, Business Analysts, and 6 8 7 Project managers to define requirements and timelines.
• 72 months experience working with applications and data that contain Protected Health Information (PHI) covered by HIPAA regulations within a health care environment.
• 24 Months experience with Human Resource list management system following civil service Guidelines.
