We’re seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic& Marketing Specialist to join our field marketing team! In this role, you’ll help bring our brand to life through in-person activations at community events, trade shows, festivals, and retail pop-ups. You’ll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts—creating memorable brand experiences, increasing visibility, and sparking meaningful engagement with new audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Represent the brand at marketing events, expos, community gatherings, and retail activations
Engage with event attendees in a warm, professional, and brand-aligned manner
Communicate key brand messages, product features, and current campaigns clearly and effectively
Help execute interactive brand experiences (e.g., games, giveaways, demos, photo ops)
Collect leads, capture attendee data, and share insights with the marketing team
Assist with booth setup, display installation, and teardown (light lifting required)
Maintain an energetic presence and a polished appearance throughout each event
Collaborate with marketing leadership to align on goals, scripting, and talking points
Stay informed on brand initiatives, product updates, and marketing strategy
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; marketing, communications, or PR coursework is a plus
Previous experience in event marketing, brand ambassadorship, promotions, or street team activation preferred
Excellent communication skills and a passion for building brand awareness
Outgoing, confident, and energized by fast-paced environments and public interaction
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed for event setup
Must have reliable transportation and be available for local in-person events
Authorized to work in the U.S.
