About the job

This isn t just another integration role. Looking for someone who has worked within sanctions, financial regulation and risk systems such as LexisNexus or FircoSoft .

Someone who is familiar with global regulations around payment routing data and anti-money laundering solutions, risk, etc.

It s for someone who knows exactly what it takes to build and lead technology that keeps a global financial firm compliant with economic sanctions .

If you don t have hands-on sanctions platform experience, this isn t the right fit.

What you ll do:

• Lead the upgrade of a real-time sanctions screening platform
• Build MQ-based integrations with vended systems (bonus if it s FircoSoft )
• Architect redundancy and deployment workflows that meet audit demands
• Guide offshore teams and deliver under real deadlines
• Communicate with business stakeholders who care more about risk than tech buzzwords

This role is for you if you ve:

• Delivered sanctions systems (not just general compliance or data tools)
• Navigated the pressure of building systems that must get it right the first time
• Worked with MQ, FircoSoft , or similar vendor-driven environments
• Led teams across time zones and still hit your deadlines
• Translated regulatory needs into scalable, production-ready solutions
