A high-visibility, luxury Medical Longevity Center in Southampton is seeking a strong, client-facing Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a fast-paced, cutting-edge healthcare facility.

This flagship location uniquely combines advanced longevity technologies with a functional medicine practice, creating a premium, concierge-level experience for a discerning clientele. The ownership group operates additional locations, offering real long-term growth potential.

The Role

This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a client concierge team, and supporting medical professionals in a high-volume, service-driven environment.

The ideal candidate brings healthcare or wellness operations experience, strong managerial skills, and a polished, professional presence aligned with a luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Leadership

• Oversee daily workflow and front-of-house operations

• Lead and manage concierge and administrative staff

• Support medical providers and ensure seamless coordination of services

• Maintain accountability, organization, and operational efficiency

Administrative Ownership

• Manage scheduling systems and provider calendars

• Oversee payroll

• Order and manage supplies/inventory

• Ensure a professional and compliant healthcare environment

Client Experience

• Deliver a luxury, concierge-style experience

• Handle calls, texts, and emails with speed and professionalism

• Manage escalations with poise

• Maintain a polished, welcoming environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of office management or operations leadership experience

• Healthcare, wellness, medical aesthetics, or concierge hospitality background preferred

• Proven team leadership experience

• Strong communication skills and excellent phone presence

• Highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-visibility setting
