Job Title: RN – ICU

Pay Range: $65–$70/hour

Start Date: 05/20/2026
Contract: 13 weeks (with potential extension)
Shift: Night Shift – 7:30 PM – 8:00 AM
Schedule: 34.5 hours/week (11.5 hours/day, 3 days/week)
Department: Med/Surg CCU
Setting: Acute Care

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Critical Care team at a leading acute care facility. This role requires strong experience in high-acuity settings, with the ability to manage critically ill patients and support interdisciplinary care teams.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in critical care, conscious sedation, and IV-related procedures , and be comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a Critical Care / ICU setting
• Monitor and manage patients with complex, high-acuity conditions
• Administer medications and treatments, including conscious sedation
• Perform IV insertion and assist with phlebotomy as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Active New York State RN License
• BLS (AHA) Certification
• ACLS (AHA) Certification
• Minimum 2+ years of Critical Care (ICU) experience
• Minimum 2+ years of conscious sedation experience
• Experience with IV insertion and phlebotomy

Education:

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited program

Additional Details:

• English proficiency required (Read, Write, Speak)
• No on-call requirement
