Principal - Business Integration & Change Management
Position Summary:
As a member of the Business Integration & Change Management Team, you will support the firm by overseeing a diverse portfolio of change management and business transformation projects across the firm . You will be responsible for driving change management initiatives to support firm wide operational and strategic objectives .
Primary Responsibilities
Project manage strategic change initiatives across the firm including process improvement, target operating model development, client experience, and colleague experience enhancements.
Develop executive level presentations that synthesize complex information and analysis for key stakeholders
Lead stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather requirements, build consensus, and drive decision making
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on firm processes to identify opportunities and support business cases for change
Create comprehensive project documentation including process workflows, requirements documents, and standard operating procedures
Develop target operating models for strategic initiatives and present recommendations to internal stakeholders
Design and deliver training materials and change management communications for initiative rollouts
Work independently to drive multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining alignment with overall program objectives
Partner with cross-functional teams across the firm and business leaders to execute on strategic priorities
Proactively identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate appropriately
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree
7+ years of relevant experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional presentation, and organizational skills.

Passion for financial services and wealth management with appropriate education and experience to match.
Compensation Range:
$120,000-155,000
