In this role, you’ll be the "engine" of our warehouse—moving materials, keeping stock organized, and making sure our production team has exactly what they need to keep moving. Overnight Inventory Control / Material Handler (Forklift Operator) Responsibilities:
- Move Material: Safely operate a forklift (PIT) to move raw materials and packaging to the right spots in the warehouse.
- Keep Track of Stock: Count inventory daily to make sure our numbers are right and alert the team when supplies are getting low.
- Support Production: Deliver clean, labeled materials to the production line so they can stay on schedule.
- Data Entry: Use a computer system to scan items in and out and track where everything is located.
- Maintain Safety: Keep your work area clean, follow all safety rules, and take care of your equipment.
- Be a Team Player: Treat everyone with respect and help out where needed to get the job done.
- Experience: At least 1 year of consistent forklift (PIT) experience is required.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Ability to read & write in English and perform basic math.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs if needed and stand on your feet throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A solid track record of good attendance and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work extra hours when the team needs to hit a big goal
- Must be available to work 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, two days on, two days off.
