Overview:

We are seeking a Project Manager who will support our NYS client with the implementation of an Enterprise Risk Management Solution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with implementing solutions, including leadership in cloud-based risk management platforms that integrate with COSO internal Control – Integrated Framework.

Duties:

• Lead the full lifecycle implementation of the Solution, ensuring alignment with business requirements and mandatory functionality.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the Internal Control Officer (ICO), managing day-to-day communications, planning, scheduling, and issue resolution.
• Oversee the development and delivery of the project plan, including milestones, roles, key dates, and regular status updates.
• Coordinate gap analysis, customization/configuration of the Solution, data migration, testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables, including the configured Solution, training materials, and documentation.
• Facilitate review and acceptance of deliverables and manage remediation of any deficiencies.
• Support staff during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure resolution of all critical and major defects prior to go-live.
• Maintain effective communication and resource coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience implementing Enterprise Risk Management Solutions.
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience managing ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment processes, internal controls, and COSO Framework integration.
• Experience in remote project delivery and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• NYS or related public sector experience.
