We are a highly respected public accounting firm in New York City, is seeking an experienced Tax Manager with high net worth experience to join our growing team. Offer

Salary: $125,000 to $165,000

Position Overview

The Tax Manager will oversee client engagements, manage compliance and consulting projects, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. This role involves supervising staff, reviewing work, and ensuring high-quality service while building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
-Manage multiple client engagements in diverse industries.

-Oversee and review federal, state, and local tax returns for HNW individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts

-Provide tax planning and consulting services, including research on complex issues.

-Supervise, train, and mentor staff and senior accountants.

-Identify opportunities to improve processes and add value to clients.

-Develop and maintain strong client relationships and assist with business development efforts.

Qualifications
-CPA license required.

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation a plus.

-5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.

-Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.

-Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
