We are looking for a Regional Sales Director to drive net-new revenue growth across a broad geographic territory. This role is designed for a high-energy sales professional who thrives in fast-moving environments, creates opportunities from the ground up, and consistently builds pipeline through market coverage, networking, and partner engagement.

This is not a named-account management role. Success requires a disciplined territory approach, identifying, prioritizing, and cycling through a broad set of target accounts, building relationships across the ecosystem, and creating new opportunities through persistent market engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and execute a territory strategy focused on generating net-new business across a large geographic region.
  • Develop pipeline through proactive prospecting, high-volume outreach, networking, channel engagement, and strategic market coverage.
  • Establish strong relationships with security-focused resellers, channel partners, and ecosystem influencers to create qualified opportunities and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Own the full sales cycle from territory planning and prospecting through qualification, evaluation, negotiation, and close.
  • Consistently identify new target accounts and buying centers rather than concentrating on a limited set of named accounts.
  • Partner closely with internal leadership, sales engineering, marketing, and channel teams to drive regional growth.
  • Bring a startup mindset, resourceful, adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable building structure while operating in an evolving environment.

We are looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven sales professional who is naturally market-facing and energized by creating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate knows how to build momentum in a large territory, maintain broad market coverage, and develop trusted relationships across both end customers and channel partners.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven success in enterprise cybersecurity sales with consistent achievement in net-new revenue generation.
  • Experience managing a broad geographic territory rather than primarily owning a small number of named accounts.
  • Strong hunting orientation with demonstrated success creating pipeline through proactive outbound activity, partner-led sourcing, and strategic prospecting.
  • Deep cybersecurity market knowledge and credibility with security practitioners, security leaders, resellers, and channel partners.
  • Strong relationships and extensive experience working with security resellers, value-added resellers, and channel ecosystems.
  • Domain expertise in one or more of the following areas:
  • vulnerability management
  • exposure management
  • misconfiguration management
  • patch management
  • Prior experience in startup or high-growth environments where adaptability, urgency, and self-direction are essential.
