Compensation: $25.53-$44.76/hr +15% Shift Differential.

Schedule: 40 hours/week (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday 6:30PM-7:00AM)

What You'll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on semiconductor implant equipment to ensure proper functioning and prevent downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, utilizing technical manuals, diagnostic tools, and expertise in semiconductor processes.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities according to schedule, including cleaning, calibration, and replacement of parts.
• Collaborate with engineers and production personnel to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Document maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and adjustments, in maintenance logs and databases.
• Assist in the installation, setup, and qualification of new semiconductor implant equipment.
• Stay updated on technological advancements and best practices in semiconductor manufacturing to continuously improve maintenance processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while working with hazardous materials and high-voltage equipment.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience with ion implantation equipment.

What Sets You Apart:

• This position needs a deep understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes, particularly ion implant, and proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining complex.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaboration with team members and reporting maintenance activities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and respond to equipment emergencies outside of regular working hours.
• Flex to other shifts for training and team building exercises.
