IBG North America specializes in turnkey solutions, private label and packaging in the beauty industry. Together, we are concept builders and boosters with global opportunities for well-known retailers and brands.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Developer, Fragrance to join our dynamic beauty team. This role will play a key part in supporting the execution of innovative development and formulation projects. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects stay on track, samples are managed efficiently, and timelines are met.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the end‑to‑end formulation process for fragrance, skin care, and hair care products, including concept development, lab batching, testing, and optimization.
• Manage full turnkey product development programs by coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and vendors to deliver formula-ready products on time and within cost targets.
• work with raw materials, their functional properties, and how they interact within a formula
• Coordinate project milestones across cross-functional teams and ensure all stakeholders stay aligned.
• Maintain internal tracking tools to monitor progress, budgets, timelines, and risks across multiple concurrent projects.
• Work closely with suppliers to obtain technical specifications, artwork components, lead times, and production details.
• Prepare and maintain cost quotes, price proposals, and vendor documentation.
• Communicate project updates to clients, confirm development details, and support alignment on next steps.
• Track sample orders, purchase orders, and shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate reporting to internal and client teams.
• Help prepare product presentations, development documents, and supporting materials for internal reviews and client meetings.
• Assist with issue resolution by coordinating feedback and input from suppliers, operations, and internal departments.

About you:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product development, preferably in fragrance, beauty or skin care
• Previous experience with formula development; fragrance formula development strongly preferred

• Project planning experience and have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated innovation mindset with a passion for trends, consumer insights and creative problem solving
• Previous experience working with fragrance houses, international factories and vendors
• Working knowledge of Wrike, and ClickUp or other Project Management tools is an asset
