Seize your opportunity to make a personal impact as a Customer Service Specialist II supporting the New York State Department of Health Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) program. GDIT is your place to make meaningful contributions to challenging projects and grow a rewarding career. You will be answering inbound phone calls from Medicaid Providers for billing or enrollment. These calls are not scripted; there is knowledge to be learned to understand and help the providers with their Medicaid claims. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Required Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience
Required Technical Skills:
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong telephone and verbal communication skills
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively #LI-KA1
