Role Mission

Lead the practical deployment and integration of AI technologies across the organization, ensuring all AI initiatives translate into tangible business results and seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of AI projects across different business functions, including operations, sales, marketing, and customer support.

• Act as a bridge between AI/ML engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and effective collaboration.

• Manage project timelines, ensuring AI initiatives are delivered on schedule and within budget.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during AI project execution, ensuring smooth operational integration.

• Train internal teams on how to effectively use and leverage AI-driven tools and systems.

• Design and optimize automation workflows using tools like Make.com , leveraging APIs, webhooks, and AI capabilities.

• Develop, refine, and structure advanced prompts for various AI models to maximize efficiency and performance.

• Format and structure AI responses using JSON for integration into systems and dashboards.

• Utilize speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies for real-time automation and user interaction flows.

• Monitor AI model behavior and optimize based on output clarity, model characteristics , and performance feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in technical project management, AI implementation, or automation/integration roles.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with:

  • OpenAI API (including Assistants, models, and function calling)

  • Prompt engineering at an advanced level , including behavior-specific tuning

  • Understanding of model-specific behaviors across platforms : OpenAI (GPT-4o, GPT-4-turbo, GPT-3.5), Anthropic Claude , Google Gemini + API , Amazon Q , Amazon Bedrock

  • Make.com : automation design, webhook integrations, API calls

  • Speech-to-text and text-to-speech integrations (e.g., Deepgram, Google, Amazon)

  • JSON formatting and dynamic parameter mapping from AI responses

• Experience integrating AI models and agents into live workflows, tools, and UIs

• Familiarity with machine learning concepts, AI-driven software, and data structuring

• Strong hands-on experience with tools like Zapier , Jira , Slack , Notion , Monday.com , Trello

• Excellent communication skills — able to explain AI concepts and outputs to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Prior experience implementing AI solutions in SaaS , marketplace , or real estate tech environments is a strong advantage.
