Job Description

  • Assist with corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing agreements.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare detailed reports for clients and internal use.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with precision.
  • Provide legal advice and support to clients on corporate and financial matters.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the Professional Services industry.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, ensuring high-quality work delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative legal strategies for complex cases.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admittance to the New York State Bar, or eligibility to waive in.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in Legal services.
