Sales Representative

Responsibilities: Actively pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking within assigned territories. Manage existing accounts by providing excellent customer service, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase features and benefits tailored to client needs. Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales growth and market penetration. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness. Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless account management. Requirements: Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight independently. Excellent communication and negotiation skills essential for building lasting client relationships. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis. Demonstrated ability in business development, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques. Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies that support sales initiatives. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor solutions effectively.
