Prep Cook
1.Prepare ingredients according to prep list and recipes
2. Cut, portion, and label proteins, vegetables, sauces, and garnished
3. Follow FIFO, labeling, and dating standards
4. Assist with basic cooking and batch prep (sauces, stocks, marinades)
5. Maintain clean and organized prep areas
6. Store products properly to maintain freshness and quality
7. Support line cooks during service when needed _______________ Requirements
1. Previous kitchen experience preferred (prep or line)
2. Strong knife skills and attention to detail
3. Ability to follow written prep list and recipes
4. Understanding of basic food safety and sanitation
