Mental Health Therapist - Remote

What You'll Do:

Provide evidence-based mental health treatment to a diverse patient population via telehealth (video or phone).

Conduct intake assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy (as applicable).

Offer mental health evaluations, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Federal, State, and professional guidelines.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

What We're Looking For:

Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in New York.

At least 1 year of experience providing psychotherapy using evidence-based treatment.

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation and treatment planning.

Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection, and a private, quiet workspace for remote sessions.

Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (support provided).

Compensation & Benefits:

Earning Potential: Up to $91,000 annually (Base pay is commensurate with experience and licensure level). Contractor rates are also available.

Preferred Qualifications:

✔️ Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese
✔️ Experience with EMDR or DBT
✔️ Prior telehealth or remote therapy experience
✔️ Self-motivated professional who thrives both independently and in a team setting
✔️ Strong engagement and assessment skills to work with a diverse range of patients

Salary Transparency:

In compliance with pay transparency laws, the guaranteed base salary for this role starts at $58,000 annually, with potential earnings up to $91,000 annually, depending on licensure, experience, location, and productivity. Contractor rates are also available for hybrid productivity-based models.
