Associate, Global Influencer Relations

Position Overview

The RL Global Influencer Team is looking for a driven and curious applicant to support our team.

This role plays a key part in managing the global influencer program, collaborating cross-functionally to amplify brand campaigns and launches through influencer channels.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Support influencer team on talent discovery, casting and vetting

· Assist with global influencer recap reports (using the social monitoring platform Lefty)

· Work with the influencer team on global seeding and gifting initiatives (including packaging and shipping)

· Manage influencer contracts with in-house Legal counterparts

· Maintain and update the global influencer contact list

· Manage the invoice process (setting up new vendors and providing updates to vendors inquiring about payment)

· Provide logistical support for major brand events, including travel, ground transportation, scheduling, and external bookings

(glams, tailors, etc)

· Update talent team budgets and track incoming costs and expenses

· Support office organization, including managing samples and shipments

· Coordinate supply deliveries for the office and external fittings/events

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

· Knowledge of influencer, entertainment, fashion industry and social media channels

· Proficiency in Microsoft PPT, Word and Excel (required)

· Experience with Influencer/Social Monitoring Platforms (preferred)

· Experience with administrative tasks (invoicing, expense reporting, travel, etc)

· Strong written and verbal communication

· Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task

· An exceptional level of confidentiality

· A collaborative mindset and resourceful

In office 3-4 days weekly
