ASSOCIATES DEGREE OR BACHELOR DEGREE REQUIRED

SHIFT: 10AM- 6PM MONDAY - FRIDAY + OVERTIME SATURDAY OFFERED 10AM-4PM (SATURDAY WILL BE FULLY REMOTE)

PAY RATE: $18/HR, OVERTIME RATE: $27/HR

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree required
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Excellent communication skills and email communication skills

Description

-Provide customer service to registered shareholders through inbound and outbound call lists.

-Educate shareholders on various corporate actions, board and shareholder proposals and voting options.

-Track and monitor outstanding issues and provide clients with timely updates.

-Log information into Access Database

-Assist in the development of campaign themes to ensure the proper narrative is being communicated.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr.
