We are looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to join the team. You will work closely with the sales and leadership teams to nurture sales leads and set up appointments.
Monday - Friday. Open to part-time and full-time schedules between the hours of 7 AM - 5 PM.
Salary Range : $16.50 - $20/hour

Outbound Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls and emails to potential customers to pitch our products and services.
- Field inbound calls from prospective customers answering any questions.
- Gain product and service knowledge and stay up to date with our offers.
- Research potential customers.
- Vet potential customers through a sales funnel.
- Track the contact list and maintain customer records.
- Take detailed call notes and record feedback.
- Follow sales scripts.
- Meet or exceed sales goals.
Outbound Sales Representative Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
- Experience in outbound telemarketing
- Cold calling and/or call center skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail required.
- Strong customer service skills including phone etiquette, active listening, persuasiveness, and determination.
- Persistent and results oriented.
- Eager to gain product knowledge.
- Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced, diverse, and growth-oriented environment.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Works well independently.
- Working knowledge of MS-Office Suite including MS-Word and MS-Excel
- Ability to learn and adapt to proprietary software applications.
- A driver's license is required to travel to trainings as needed.
- Automation and industrial product knowledge a plus.
