Buyer Assistant
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Buyer Assistant to support a large, fast-paced healthcare organization. This individual will play a key administrative role within the procurement team, assisting buyers with order tracking, purchase order processing, and exception management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a high-volume transactional environment while leveraging strong Excel skills to support daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in healthcare purchasing within a large, complex organization.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in supply chain or a related field
1-2 years of experience in an office-based role supporting administrative functions preferably in a healthcare environment or on a supply chain/finance teamExperience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, transactional environment
Strong Excel skills Healthcare buyer or healthcare purchasing experience
Experience working in a large or complex organization
