There's no one like you and that's why there's nowhere like RSM.Financial Crimes Technology - Senior Developer (Temporary) Overview The Financial Crimes Technology (FCT) group, part of the Non-Financial Risk Technology (NFRT) organization, delivers technology solutions supporting Global Financial Crimes (GFC) programs, including AML, Sanctions/PEP Screening, KYC, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption.We are seeking a hands-on Senior Developer for a temporary project engagement . The role will focus on big data development, automated testing, DevOps release management, and documentation for transaction monitoring, customer reviews, and scenario optimization. Responsibilities - Build and deliver high-quality Scala/Spark code on HDFS platforms.- Perform data analysis, profiling, and lineage.- Write technical design documents in Agile (SCRUM) format.- Develop and run automated unit and regression tests (BDD).- Support UAT and automated DevOps release processes.- Work with global teams and stakeholders to meet project needs. Required Skills - 3+ years Scala/Spark development.- SQL on RDBMS (DB2 preferred).- 2+ years HDFS/big data platform experience.- Familiarity with Actimize ACTONE.- Strong skills in code optimization and scalability.- Experience in Agile projects.
