Bookkeeper

work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
education: Associate Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Manage all daily financial entries, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) using QuickBooks Desktop .
- Active Collections: Proactively call clients regarding outstanding invoices and manage the Accounts Receivable aging report to ensure timely payments.
- Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations with high accuracy.
- Specialized Software: Utilize Axe for inventory and operational tasks alongside QuickBooks.
- Succession Planning: Work closely with MaryEllen to learn our specific client history and office operations for a seamless transition.
