Credit Counselor
Self-driven Microsoft Office Strong Communication Skills Experience in Personal Finance is a Plus
What will you be doing?
- We will teach you to educate our potential clients about our Debt Management plan:
- We will train you to present the various debt management solutions to our potential clients by phone, email, or internet to consolidate their debt so clients can become debt free. Then you can set them up with the program.
- Work schedules assigned between the hours of 9 am to 8 pm with some weekends.
- All of our team members work 100% on a computer and phone system.
- DRS offers several different programs, Debt Management, Student Loan Consolidation programs, Pre and Post Bankruptcy certificate programs, as well as education programs on finances.
Qualifications:
- Self-driven.
- Must be outgoing.
- Solid verbal communication skills and excellent writing ability.
- Strong experience with MS Office.
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- Experience in collections, inside sales call center, banking, real estate, or Financial sales experience is a plus.
