Overview:
A growing behavioral health organization is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple functions. This new role is ideal for a resourceful, take-charge professional who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys implementing systems that improve efficiency, quality, and team accountability.

The Operations Manager will report to the Director of Operations and work closely with the Office Coordinator. You’ll be responsible for overseeing case management staff, supporting tech-related and strategic projects, and identifying ways to optimize workflows and execution. This is a critical role designed to bring cohesion and structure to a fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support case managers and ensure consistent performance

• Oversee ongoing operational and tech-related projects across departments

• Collaborate with leadership to build and improve internal workflows

• Implement systems for accountability and efficient task completion

• Ensure quality of service, responsiveness, and communication across the team

• Identify inefficiencies and proactively improve processes

• Serve as a central point of coordination across office operations

• Work alongside non-clinical and clinical teams to ensure alignment

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Takes initiative and ownership without needing to be asked

• Energetic, fast-paced, and thrives in a growing environment

• Healthcare operations experience (ABA or behavioral health a plus)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to supervise, motivate, and develop staff

• Problem solver who’s comfortable juggling multiple priorities

• Requirements:

• experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or similar setting

• Prior team oversight or project leadership experience

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

• Comfortable with tech tools and learning new systems
