Department EMERGENCY REPAIR PROGRAM Salary Range: $43,143.00 - $49,615.00

- Attach and scan relevant documents into HPDINFO using Microsoft Applications;
- Answering phones and responding to inquiries from tenants and contractors;
- Responding to complaints regarding ERP and / or Lead issues;
- Research and enter data to determine status of work orders, generate tracking and other reports utilizing various databases within the unit;
- File and maintain various tracking reports;
- Check records for accuracy of information, and for conformity with established policy and procedures;
- Responsible for the resolution of vendor payment, issues initiated by the Vendor, engineering Audit Division and Accounts Payable Unit;
- Communicating with vendors and site offices to obtain information and resolve payment disputes;
- Preparing and sending letters to the vendors, reviews forms and documents for completeness and accuracy;
- Routing violations and OMOs to inspectors in order for them to scope the work needed to repair the emergency hazardous conditions and monitor the contract repair;
- Assisting the Routing Supervisor to ensure addresses are accurate before route sheets are assigned Inspector.
- Experience in working with Windows applications.
- Bilingual and possession of good communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualification Requirements 1. High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to duties described above; or 2. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" above.
