High-earning seasonal sommelier role at a refined French–Italian fine-dining restaurant in the Hamptons. Designed for NYC-based wine professionals looking to maximize seasonal income in a polished, professional environment.
Compensation & Housing
$1,300–$2,000 per week (approximately $70K–$100K seasonalized)
Paid weekly (tips included)
Staff housing available ($600/month, utilities included)
Schedule
Full-time, evening service
5 shifts per week
Seasonal commitment (Spring–Fall)
The Role
Lead wine service and manage the cellar
Provide thoughtful pairings and polished guest guidance
Train FOH staff on wine knowledge and service standards
Requirements
Fine-dining or Michelin-level experience
Strong wine knowledge and cellar management skills
Authorized to work in the U.S.
