What We’re Looking For:
Candidates should bring robust experience in capital markets, with a focus on U.S. securities offerings. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Licensed and in good standing with the state bar.
• Previous law firm experience in Capital Markets. (AmLaw experience preferred, not required).
• Have a strong foundation in capital markets law and an in-depth understanding of U.S. securities regulations.
• Excel at managing intricate legal challenges and collaborating within a fast-paced, high-performing team.
• Are eager to grow your expertise through mentorship and exposure to cutting-edge deals.
