Front Desk Receptionist / Sales

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Front Desk Concierge at ALTAFIT, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environmen t for our members. Your responsibilities will include:

• Uphold the core values, standards and operations created for ALTAFIT.
• Greet members entering the facility.
• Manage the process of signing up new members .
• Ensure every athlete has an active membership & signed waiver .
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the facility by performing hourly facility walk-throughs.
• Respond to member questions, concerns and discrepancies.
• Aid other departments with other related tasks.
• Answering phones in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Conducting tours for prospective members.

REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Must be willing to make cold calls and perform membership sales.
• Extremely personable and outgoing.
• Ability to manage a busy CRM.
• Extremely organized and motivated.
• Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing.
• Proactive, Organize and pay attention to details.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to solve client issues in a friendly and timely fashion.
• At least two years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma/GED required or equivalent work experience.
• Preferably interested in health, fitness, and/or sports.
