Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join an established multispecialty practice in Brooklyn, NY. This role focuses on delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to help patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve functional independence in a collaborative clinical setting.

Work Schedule:

• 2–3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active New York State Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities.
• EMR proficiency and strong documentation skills.
