Commercial Construction Estimator - Commission Based
Description:
Established remodeling and construction company seeking an experienced Commercial Project Estimator for commission-based work.
We are looking for someone who can accurately bid commercial renovation and build-out projects, generate competitive proposals, and help us secure new contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Review plans, specs, and bid documents
- Perform quantity takeoffs
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals
- Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing
- Assist in value engineering when needed
Requirements:
- Experience estimating commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of materials, labor costs, and local pricing
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Compensation:
Commission-based – percentage of secured project value.
High earning potential based on performance.
Flexible schedule. Remote work possible.
