Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations for cash and other general accounts.
• Support audit requests as directed.
• Oversees daily cash reporting process, including preparation of journal entries for company’s cash accounts, including recording cash receipts.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely recording, and reporting of all accounts and including intercompany balances.
• Book journal entries as needed and directed.
• Perform daily accounting and financial reporting operations as directed.
• Prepare account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items for various balance sheet accounts.
• Ad hoc accounting research, analysis, and preparation of supporting schedules.
• Special assignments and responsibilities as requested.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• CPA track preferred
• 1+ years of experience as a Staff Accountant.
• Strong Excel skills, communication skills, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with accounting system, Solomon (MS Dynamics), Netsuite is a plus.
• Financial reporting for multi-location operation.
• Proactive mindset and strong communication skills
• Good professional judgement and grounding in GAAP.

Work Hours and Arrangements
Monday - Friday; standard business hours. This role is expected to work in the office hybrid, at least 3 days per week.

Pay
The range for this role is anticipated to be $60,000-$70,000 annually with bonus for eligible positions. Where a specific pay range is noted, it is a good faith estimate at the time of this posting. The actual salary offered will be based on experience, skills, qualifications, market / business considerations, and geographic location.
