About the Role:

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who loves turning
challenges into wins for clients? Yardi is looking for a seasoned Real Estate
fund or property Accountant or Financial Professional with Consulting
experience (preferred) to lead software implementations, optimize business
processes, and deliver outstanding service across a diverse client portfolio.
In this role, you’ll work with Yardi’s Investment Management product—a leading
solution designed to streamline and enhance the investment lifecycle for real estate.
You’ll dive into operational needs, recommend smart tech solutions, and guide
clients through every step—from setup to training. Along the way, you’ll build
lasting relationships, tackle tricky issues, and shape the future of our

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the way on software implementation and configuration,
  turning big ideas into seamless, working systems.
• Performs or assists with testing, data mapping, conversion,
  user training, and other services to ensure successful software deployment.
• Train clients on how to use software solutions to improve
  accounting and business operations, address challenges, and identify
  opportunities for improvement.
• Keep consulting projects on track while building lasting,
  trusted relationships with clients.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, or
  Computer/Engineering Sciences; or an equivalent combination of education and
  experience
• Five plus (5+) years of experience in software or business
  process consulting or equivalent consulting experience interacting with
  customers
• Proven ability to manage projects with multiple touchpoints
• Proven client-centered commitment and focus
• Proven ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize
  multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Independent, sound decision-making, critical thinking, and
  problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Client-centered commitment and focus
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the desire and
  ability to establish cooperative working relationships with all levels of
  employees and clients
• Ability to think and act strategically by visualizing new

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 desktop applications

• Ability to travel up to 80%

Annual Salary Range: $89,600 - $100,800
