Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $27 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a ID/OD Taper Grinder:

• Perform all basic grinding required within the shop conforming to all specifications

• Math and shop related knowledge a must

• Set-up and run any parts on CNC ID cylindrical grinders

• Inspect 1st pc and own work to meet standards
• Operate precision gauging
• Follow safety standards and procedures
• Can operate with little or no supervision
• Follow proper work instructions

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 2nd Shift (Evening)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years CNC grinding experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts using decimals
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
