Yoh is hiring Electronic and Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to support our client L3Harris, a well-known leader in technology and defense manufacturing, located in Henrietta, NY. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, following technical instructions, and working in a structured manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Assembler, you’ll be responsible for assembling electronic and electro-mechanical components using both manual and automated processes.

• Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly work
• Read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions
• Complete wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing tasks
• Identify and resolve routine issues during the assembly process
• Work under general supervision with some peer review
• Complete smaller, task-oriented assignments
• Stand for the entire shift

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 4+ years of relevant assembly experience OR a post-secondary/associate degree with 0–2 years of related experience
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow detailed instructions

Pre-Employment Requirement: All offers are contingent upon passing pre-employment screenings, including drug testing. Candidates must test negative for marijuana.
Shifts & Pay Rates

• 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $17.50/hr
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM | $19.25/hr

Training Requirement: All candidates must complete a 2-week training program, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
