Innovative technology, user-friendly platforms and streamlined delivery capabilities set us apart and make us an industry leader in the world of online food ordering. When you join our team, you become part of a community that works together to innovate, solve problems, grow, work hard and have a ton of fun in the process! About The Role We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Product Operations Manager, Go to Market to join our Product team and serve as the connective tissue across Product, UXR, Design, Engineering, and go-to-market functions. This role will support the end-to-end operations process within the product development lifecycle, from discovery to launch, across multiple domains - ensuring our launches are positioned for success and delivered with discipline, consistency, and measurable impact. This is a cross-functional role that requires strong stakeholder management and product operating frameworks to help evolve our GTM operating model. This is both an executor and influencer role - ideal for someone with deep program management expertise, organizational rigor, and the ability to bring structure to complex cross-functional efforts. You will not only design and drive scalable processes across our entire product organization, but you’ll also work with cross functional partners to evolve our GTM operating framework. While this is a senior-level individual contributor role, it carries significant organizational influence. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the organization, help shape how our product GTM operating model evolves, and set the foundation for establishing processes that enable our teams to scale with speed and precision. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, and you love building processes that enable teams to deliver impactful customer experiences, this is your opportunity to play a critical role in shaping how our products go to market. The Impact You Will Make- GTM Process Enablement: Build, document, and optimize playbooks, templates, and processes that standardize how product launches are executed, ensuring rigor, efficiency, and repeatability across product domains.
- Customer Insights: Partner closely with UXR, Product Analytics, and customer-facing teams to gather, synthesize, and amplify the voice of the customer. Translate these insights into product narratives and GTM strategies that reflect real customer needs and motivations.
- GTM Alignment: Drive the coordination and execution of GTM activities across product domains by establishing clear processes, managing timelines, and tracking deliverables to ensure alignment with Marketing, cross-functional partners, and roadmap priorities.
- Positioning & Messaging: Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Marketing to ensure new features align with company strategy and Grubhub’s overall brand positioning. Act as a consultative partner to Marketing on value propositions and messaging of features/launches, ensuring consistency and clarity while keeping customer impact at the center.
- Launch Planning & Enablement: Develop launch plans, timelines, and materials; equip Sales, CS, Marketing, and other stakeholders with the right tools (FAQs, decks, release notes).
- Adoption & Impact Tracking: Measure adoption, engagement, and business outcomes for product features; iterate on GTM based on results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between Product, Engineering, Marketing/Growth/Brand, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.
- Thought Leadership: Act as a product evangelist internally and externally, shaping the story of our product and guiding internal teams on feature positioning.
- 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, Product Marketing, Program Management, or related roles; experience in tech or consumer-facing products preferred.
- Proven success building and scaling operational frameworks for GTM or product launch processes.
- Proven ability to develop and execute GTM strategies for multiple product launches at one time.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and GTM teams.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure and report on adoption, engagement, and impact.
- Self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Flexible PTO. Grubhub employees enjoy a generous amount of time to recharge.
- Health and Wellness. Excellent medical, dental and vision benefits, 401k, employee network groups and paid parental leave are just a few of our programs to support your overall well-being.
- Free Meals. Our employees get a weekly Grubhub credit to enjoy.
- Social Impact. At Grubhub we believe in giving back through programs like the Grubhub Community Fund. Employees are also given paid time off each year to support the causes that are important to them.
