Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Contract | Rochester, NY

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract, school-based position in Rochester, NY for the 20252026 school year. This role primarily supports elementary-aged students, with some high school students in the district. Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply.

Job Details:

• Contract: September 2025 June 2026

• Caseload: 2530 students

• Ages: Primarily elementary, with some high school students

• Needs: Disabilities and speech only

• District SLP Team: 5 total (3 assigned to primary, 2 to MS/HS)

• Schedule aligned with the academic calendar

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy tailored to each students needs

• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure proper accommodations

• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly

• Actively participate in IEP meetings and goal setting

• Provide guidance and resources to parents and caregivers

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Valid New York State SLP license or eligibility to obtain

• Experience with school-aged children preferred

• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset

• Familiarity with IEP processes and educational laws

• CFs accepted
