Information technology lead business analyst key technology operations and services planning

4910 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144 The KTOS IT Lead Business Analyst will provide business support for various groups in the Key Technology, Operations & Services (KTOS) organization. The role is responsible for designing, developing, and producing various analyses to serve KTOS stakeholders and assist in cross-functional activities. The KTOS IT Lead Business Analyst will also work directly with senior leaders in KTOS to write, edit, produce, and manage the production of communications and presentations for executive, strategic, board-level, and regulatory agency stakeholders. The role works closely with teammates, the KTOS COO, CIO, executive leadership, and various KTOS committees to provide high-quality, timely communications. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:- Lead the completion and presentation of analyses for various areas within the Key Technology, Operations & Service (KTOS) organization – with the goal of identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting areas of strength, and generating insights to assist senior leaders to more efficiently and effectively manage their business
- Develop trusting relationships with business partners and act as an advisor in business decisions where appropriate
- Stay abreast of industry trends and assist in developing meaningful benchmarking analyses
- Support and the development of executive, strategic, board, and regulatory communications and presentations for KTOS – including partnering to analyze needs, determine objectives, and design effective communication strategies
- Assist on ad-hoc projects as applicable – including root cause analysis, vendor license inventory management, and KTOS enterprise-wide reporting administration
- Utilize deep expertise in writing and presentation skills to draft high-quality materials for executive stakeholders
- Develop clear messaging and senior leader talking points to support business area objectives
- Translate business requirements into actions for self and/or business partners
- Understand and adhere to security and risk management principles – escalating to appropriate team(s) as needed
- Support the completion of KTOS Business Unit Reviews – including gathering and analyzing data where needed
- Actively contribute to the creation and recommendation of training to enhance learnings
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of analytical experience in Business or Technology; banking sector experience preferred
- Proven experience providing decision support and building client relationships
- Proactive & effective communicator at various levels of the organization, including senior executives – strong verbal communication, written communication, presentation, and listening skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- MS Office with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Tableau or ServiceNow experience preferred
- Ability to understand and communicate the correlation between results and critical business drivers / measures
- Organized self-starter with the ability to think and work independently and creatively
- Detail-oriented with the ability to thoroughly analyze and resolve issues with limited direction
- Proven team player – willing to assist others to ensure that group deadlines are met and quality standards are achieved
- Ability to manage time and multiple tasks effectively
- Passion for continuous improvement especially related to process, accuracy, and detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
