About the Role
Leap Health is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead our national partnerships strategy and drive growth through the employer vendor ecosystem. In this high-impact role, you will own the development, management, and expansion of key partnerships that drive growth in the employer channels.
This is a strategic, externally-facing role where you will collaborate closely with Leadership, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to accelerate growth and establish Leap Health as the partner of choice in the benefits and digital health marketplace.
What You’ll Do
- Employer Vendor Partnerships : Develop and grow relationships with employer vendors, serving as the key liaison—program development, contracting, onboarding, launch, and long-term growth.
- Pipeline Leadership : Lead expansion efforts within the partner ecosystem–holding partners accountable, identifying co-branded marketing opportunities, leading quarterly business reviews, and educating internal teams on partners, process, product, etc.
- Executive Engagement : Lead high-level presentations, product demos, and strategic discussions with vendor partners.
- Contracting & Negotiations : Partner with Leadership to structure, negotiate, and finalize partnership agreements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work across Business Development, Sales, Product, and Client Success to ensure seamless partner engagement and delivery.
- Growth Accountability : Track and report on pipeline performance in Salesforce, drive measurable revenue results, and prepare strategic updates for business reviews.
What We’re Looking For
- Established, trusted relationships with digital health and healthcare employer vendors preferred .
- 3+ years experience building and managing employer channel partnership sales in employee benefits space.
- Proven track record of driving revenue and growth through consultant and vendor partnerships .
- Strong experience managing the full partnership lifecycle and collaborating on go-to-market strategy .
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple complex partnerships simultaneously.
- Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset and comfort navigating a fast-paced, high-growth environment .
- Willingness to travel up to 30% .
