Fox News Media is looking for a highly motivated and driven Senior Manager, Digital Engagement Marketing to lead marketing efforts to amplify the brands’ digital presence and audience engagement. The role involves strategic marketing planning, overseeing content production and campaigns, integrating data insights, and maintaining brand alignment. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with various teams, stakeholder communication, budget management, while also focusing on CRM initiatives and the exploration of new digital ventures.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITES:
Develop, plan and implement strategic marketing initiatives to boost the presence of FOX News Digital, FOX News Wine Shop and OutKick on social media, digital and paid marketing channels.
Create and manage marketing campaigns that effectively reach and engage specific audience segments for FOX News Digital, FOX News Wine Shop and OutKick
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, programming, legal, and product, to manage projects effectively, ensuring tasks are executed properly and aligned with broader company objectives for FOX News Digital, FOX News Wine Shop and OutKick.
Conduct market research and develop insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics for FOX News Digital, FOX News Wine Shop and OutKick.
Oversee the creation and production of all go-to-market consumer facing marketing materials in collaboration with the talent, production and creative teams for FOX News Digital, FOX News Wine Shop and OutKick. These materials include print, digital, and video content such as static graphics, on-air promo spots, social media posts and videos, email assets and copy.
Maintain a strong understanding of the OutKick and FOX News Digital brands and ensure all marketing efforts align with the company's values and mission.
Work with the FOX News business intelligence team to utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and inform strategy of future initiatives for FOX News Digital, FOX News Wine Shop and OutKick.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies to support marketing efforts for FOX News Digital, FOX News Wine Shop and OutKick.
Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and meet brand marketing goals and objectives for FOX News Digital, FOX News Wine Shop and OutKick.
Communicate and present marketing strategies and results to key stakeholders within the organization for FOX News Digital, FOX News Wine Shop and OutKick.
Explore and manage other digital businesses under the FOX News umbrella, such as the FOX News Games Hub.
Develop A/B tests for FOXNews.com to improve performance metrics and inform future strategies.
Strategize and implement methods for collecting first-party data for FOX News Digital to deepen customer insights, enhance personalized marketing efforts, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Support in developing strategies to maximize the monetization potential of FOXNews.com.
Coordinate with the retention team on CRM initiatives to grow the email opt-in file and engage with the existing and prospective Outkick audiences.
Manage the OutKick budget for brand marketing initiatives and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
5+ years of experience within a fast-paced media or brand marketing team
Proven ability to lead strategic marketing campaigns end-to-end, from planning through execution and performance analysis
Experience working with internal and external partners to drive alignment and successful campaign delivery
Strong project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Creative, and Product
Ability to partner with Business Intelligence teams to develop campaign analysis, reporting, and actionable insights
Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing performance
Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, with the ability to integrate them into marketing workflows and strategies
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to create compelling presentation decks (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.)
Energetic with can-do attitude
Excellent time management skills; able to manage concurrent projects of varying size and complexity
Responsive and flexible to evolving responsibilities and ever-changing environment
