Dietary Aide

Empro Staffing is a premier provider of supplemental personnel in the healthcare industry, committed to facilitating seamless operations within healthcare facilities. We are currently looking for dedicated Dietary Aides to join our dynamic team and help ensure that patients receive nutritious and appropriately prepared meals tailored to their dietary needs.

As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, food service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas. If you are compassionate and enthusiastic about supporting the health and welfare of others, we would love to hear from you!

We are hiring for 11AM-7PM, 2PM-7PM, and 4PM-7PM including Weekends

Hourly Rate: $20

Pay Period: Sunday to Saturday

Pay Schedule: Weekly, Every Thursday via Direct Deposit

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving meals according to specific dietary requirements.
• Deliver meals to patients while ensuring timely service and proper portion sizes.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation protocols within kitchen and dining areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and nursing staff to address patient dietary needs effectively.
• Help organize and execute special meal plans as needed.
• Conduct quality checks on food items and report any issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as a dietary aide or in a similar role is advantageous.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow dietary guidelines and assist in meal preparation.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality.
• Physical capability to lift/move food items and kitchen equipment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care to patients.
