Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior executives (VP, SVP, C-suite) on AI enablement, data-driven transformation, and operational efficiency for Fortune 500/50 clients Provide technical leadership and expertise in AI, which includes Generative AI, ML and Data Science, driving the design, development, and implementation of AI and AI Engineering solutions for clients Bridging strong AI and technology expertise with business acumen to ensure effective alignment between technical solutions and strategic business goals Architect and lead complex, cross-functional AI and Data transformation initiatives including cloud-native data platforms, ML Ops/Data Ops, BI strategy, and GenAI/AI strategy Own and grow a multi-million-dollar engagement portfolio ($20M+ annually) through thought leadership, cross-capability solutioning, and executive relationship building Define and manage key operational metrics including margin, utilization, bill rate, and client experience Develop compelling POVs and thought leadership that drive incremental sales opportunities and market differentiation 10+ years in AI/ML, Data, and Analytics consulting with demonstrated career progression, including 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams of 15+ consultants Deep technical expertise in AI & Data including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ML/ML Ops, Data Ops, BI platforms, Generative AI, and big data solutions (Python, Spark, SQL) Track record managing engagement portfolios of $10M+ annually with proven solutioning and selling capabilities Experience advising, presenting to, and building relationships with C-suite and SVP-level executives across multiple industry verticals Industry expertise across sectors such as Retail, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, or Technology Outcome-focused leader with executive presence, strong communication skills, and passion for solving complex problems while holding self and teams accountable
