The Team The Fixed Income Product Management Team is a core team within the Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities (FICC) group. The team is a dynamic force within S&P Global, driving innovation and excellence in index solutions across global fixed income markets. We manage a diverse portfolio, including iBoxx and S&P bond indices, including a strong focus on ESG. As a team focused on advancing fixed income index solutions for the largest asset managers, asset owner and sell side firms world-wide, we are is responsible for the development, production, strategy and commercialization of our bond index index suite globally. Our indices link to live ETF AUM >$150bn. This is an exciting opportunity to join a product team in its growth stage. The Role The team is seeking an experienced product management lead with a passion for the credit / fixed income markets to help the team drive the innovation of credit solutions within our fixed income index business. As a member of this team, you will be at the heart of product development and strategic growth, contributing to pioneering solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will be a team player, be flexible and have a can-do attitude. As an experienced member of the team you will client engagements, and manage both client-driven index request and broader index projects. Experience in indexing and/or fixed income is a requirement, as is a desire to learn and grow. As product management lead you will represent our indices and index solutions to clients, presentation skills including the creation of presentation collateral is critical. Candidate should be able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, managing large-scale projects from start to end. - Regular interaction with senior internal stakeholders and clients to develop new strategies and act as subject matter expert on methodologies

- Work across the global Fixed Income team to drive the success of FI product lines; help identify new product opportunities to help drive commercial success
- Be viewed as a key subject matter expert with in-depth knowledge of index methodology and processes; possess intimate understanding of internal processes including product launch lifecycle
- Lead team members in client engagement and analysis including external presentation / Powerpoint and data analysis and mining / Excel; strive to be a leader with respect to understanding and articulating components of underlying index methodologies and construction logic
- Support the coordination of index launch process; collaborate with broader PM team and relevant internal stakeholders (R&D, Operations, Governance, Sales, etc).
- Support internal team initiatives, including materials relating to business strategy and processes
- Contribute to product innovation and enhancements, including around index methodology consultations and annual index reviews
- 7+ years of experience working with fixed income or in the index industry or related
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent in mathematics, finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as attention to detail
- Strong communication skills – written, verbal and presenting
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
