Technology Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Process and track technology-related invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with inventory management, including maintaining records of hardware and software assets.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and managing calendars.
- Maintain organized documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the technology team as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Experience/Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an office environment, preferably in an administrative or support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The hourly salary range for this position is $20.00 to $22.00. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses, and a full benefits package.
