💼 About the Role

As part of the CEO Office , you will operate at the strategic core of sunday, where decisions are made, priorities are shaped, and global execution is driven.You will work side by side with Victor Lugger (CEO) , Christine de Wendel (CEO US) and Oscar Lovera (Chief of Staff) on the company’s most critical projects, gaining direct exposure to strategic leadership, organizational design, and international growth.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

Build and strengthen leadership effectiveness

• Help structure the CEO and Leadership Team’s operating rhythm, meetings, OKRs, business reviews, and offsites, ensuring alignment and accountability across continents.
• Gather and synthesize insights from leaders and managers to identify friction points, surface opportunities, and spread best practices across the company.
• Partner with the Chief of Staff to drive key cross-functional projects across Product, Sales, Operations, and People — ensuring decisions are translated into action and outcomes.
• Support the scaling of the CEO Office, managing executive communications, prioritization frameworks, and coordination across continents.

Drive strategic priorities from concept to impact

• Lead strategic research and performance analysis for the US to inform growth initiatives, market positioning, and investor readiness.
• Actively support the hiring and onboarding of high-impact strategic roles, ensuring sunday attracts and retains top-tier talent.
• Contribute to sunday’s employer branding and positioning as a fast-growing international tech company with strong leadership culture.
• Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to strengthen revenue performance through sharper ICP definition, improved go-to-market alignment, and consistent sales execution.

Elevate organizational performance and culture

• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, market intelligence, and strategic reporting to enable data-driven decisions for the US market and US CEO.
• Promote a high-performance culture based on proactivity, clarity, and excellence: anticipate needs, ensure follow-up, and drive accountability.
• Facilitate key cultural moments, team events, all-hands, and recognition rituals, ensuring teams remain motivated, connected, and inspired.
• Identify and streamline operational inefficiencies by bringing structure, systems, and discipline to execution.

😊 About You

• You have 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced working environment (high growth startup/scale-up, strategy consulting, or investment banking).
• A top-performing graduate (business, engineering, or economics) form a top-tier school/university, eligible for the V.I.E program.
• Strong intellectual curiosity for business strategy, technology, and food tech .
• Exceptional written and spoken English ; fluency in French is a plus.
• Confident with PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Sheets ; able to structure, analyze, and present insights clearly.
• Highly organized (structure obsessed), resourceful, and proactive, comfortable operating in complex, fast-paced environments.
• You combine rigor, humility, and ambition, someone who wants to learn directly from leaders and contribute to real strategic outcomes.
• Exceptional communication skills
