As a key part of our team, you’ll play an integral role in helping us maintain our high standards of quality, service, and community involvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example to ensure consistent, high-quality food, coffee, and service.
• Manage daily café operations, including inventory, staff scheduling, and guest relations.
• Train, motivate, and develop team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
• Oversee the implementation of company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Address customer concerns and feedback in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
• Drive business growth by contributing to menu ideas, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.
• Assist with financial management, including cost control, budgeting, and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the food service industry (bakery or café experience is a plus!).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• A passion for food, coffee, and community.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Available to work 50-60 hour weeks
