Office Manager & Employee Experience Specialist

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Office Manager & Employee Experience Specialist for our NYC office, to keep our US operations running smoothly and help create an exceptional employee experience.
Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000
Responsibilities
Office Operations
- Set up and manage the physical office space (furniture, supplies, snacks, tech, maintenance)
- Coordinate with building management, vendors, and service providers
- Oversee mail, deliveries, and logistics for IT assets
- Greet visitors, manage passes, and prep meeting rooms
- Provide general admin support and manage onboarding materials/welcome kits
- Organize local team events, off-sites, and meetings
Employee Experience
- Act as the go-to person for day-to-day employee needs, culture-building, and internal communications
- Own employee onboarding experience from welcome to workspace setup
- Support new hire integration and help create a strong first impression
- Drive engagement through birthday celebrations, holiday gifting, team lunches, and culture initiatives
- Partner with People & Ops on pulse surveys, wellness activities, DEI moments, and team recognition
- Create a warm, productive office culture aligned with Zenity’s values
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in office management, operations, or administrative support (ideally in a startup or small company).
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
